Anticipation and Guessing

Pitchers are products of tendencies. They unconsciously fall into patterns. Many will “tip” what pitch they are about to throw. If you truly lock in during a game and watch the pitcher, you can pick up on his tendencies, patterns, and “tips”.

Watch his eyes. His mouth. His hands. His glove. His feet. His setup. His load. His release. His pace. His timing. His reactions. His composure. Everything. See it. Feel it. Anticipate. Guess. Get it wrong. Try it again. Find something.

If he’s squeaky clean, tip your cap. If not, take advantage. Anticipate. Guess. Get it right. Share it. Win the fucking game.
